Choosing the right home inspector could mean more to you than you know!

You need a licensed, trained and experienced professional to guide you through the pre purchase inspection process.

The home buying process can be confusing and stressful. Not only do you need to consider things such as price and location, you also have to worry about whether the house itself has any hidden problems that could become costly surprises down the road.

As professional, licensed Home Inspectors, its our job to look for those hidden problems for you. The Home Inspection is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of the house. It provides you an expert opinion and professional report on the condition of the physical structure and various systems within a house. Giving you peace of mind on what is likely the largest purchase you'll ever make.

Our inspections are performed in accordance with NJAC 13:40-15 and meet or exceed the standards and practices of the American Society of Home Inspectors. This means that when you use All Season Home Inspections you are getting the highest quality inspection, regulated by the Home Inspection Advisory Committee appointed by the State of New Jersey. These regulations are there to protect you and ensure that you are getting qualified inspectors. Not sure if your inspector is licensed? Ask to see his photo I.D. or state issued license. For more information go to www.ashi.com or www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/nonmedical/pels.htm.

In order to prepare the report, our inspector must conduct a visual inspection of the house. The inspection process typically takes about 3 hours to complete, depending upon the size and condition of the home. We strongly encourage you to accompany the inspector during the inspection. This will give you a chance to ask questions and become familiar with the systems of the home.

We will inspect the home inside and out, from top to bottom. Some of the areas you should expect to be evaluated:

  • Exterior
  • Roofing
  • Plumbing
  • Basements and Crawlspaces
  • Electrical Systems
  • Garages
  • Attics
  • Interior Spaces
  • And More

When the inspection is complete, we will tell you of any problems that were discovered and discuss them with you. We will also tell you about any routine maintenance that should be performed, as well as answer any questions you may have. We then produce a detailed, printed narrative report for you. If you wish, copies can be forwarded to any other parties you choose. In many cases the inspection report can be in your hands via e-mail within 24 hours.

Our goal at All Season Home Inspections is to discover and inform you of anything we find that might affect your purchase decision. Well tell you about any problems we find, and make repair recommendations. Well also inform you of what maintenance tasks are required to keep the home and its systems in top condition.
